This video will show you how to make these paper tanks and paper spaceships. The two are actually quite similar, but if you want to concentrate on just one of them, you can watch foldsomething's previous videos on folding the tank and spaceship. To make the space shuttle and tank, you'll need an 8½" x 11" sheet of paper, along with a Post-It sticky note.
